By accessing or using the Makeupify application ("App") within the Shopify Shop App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Description of Service

Makeupify is a virtual makeup try-on application that allows users to:

Capture or upload selfie photos
Apply various AI-powered makeup styles to their photos
View product recommendations based on selected makeup styles
Compare before and after looks

Use of the App

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Upload images of other people without their consent
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content

User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the App
By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process and display your images solely for providing the service
We do not claim ownership of your photos

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Plus Apps Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App
The Makeupify name and logo are trademarks of Plus Apps Inc.

AI-Powered Features

Disclaimer

Our App uses artificial intelligence to apply virtual makeup effects
Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and facial features
AI-generated makeup looks are for visualization purposes only and may not exactly replicate real makeup application

Accuracy

We do not guarantee that the virtual makeup results will match actual makeup products
Product recommendations are suggestions based on selected styles and are not guaranteed to achieve identical results

Third-Party Services

The App operates within the Shopify Shop App platform and uses third-party services for processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions:

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Results will be accurate or reliable
The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUS APPS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plus Apps Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
